COMPOUND FITNESS EQUIPMENT PROPRIETARY LIMITED (COMPOUND Fitness) takes your privacy seriously. We created this page to identify what COMPOUND Fitness will and won’t do with the information collected on our website and through our surveys.

What this privacy policy covers

This Privacy Policy covers COMPOUND Fitness’ treatment of personally identifiable information that we collect when you are on our website. This includes our treatment of any personally identifiable information. This policy also covers the data that is collected from survey participants. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control or to people we do not employ or manage. If this site contains links to other sites, COMPOUND Fitness is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites. Information collection and use

COMPOUND Fitness collects personally identifiable information when you use certain products or services, when you visit COMPOUND Fitness site pages, register for workshops & events, and participate in our surveys. COMPOUND Fitness also automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, COMPOUND Fitness’ cookie information and the page you requested. We use the information for 3 (three) general purposes: to customise the content you and survey participants see and to fulfil your requests for certain products and services. Our website uses Google Analytics to collect and store your IP address and to track the site visits. The IP address collected will be used to identify the company you work for and will be saved along with the details such as company name, industry, size, location, email, phone number and postal address.

Information sharing and disclosure

COMPOUND Fitness will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone. COMPOUND Fitness will only send personally identifiable information about you to other people when: 

  • We have your consent to share the information;
  • We need to share your information to provide the product or service you have requested;
  • We need to send the information to companies or people who work on behalf of COMPOUND Fitness to provide a product or service to you. (Unless we tell you differently, these companies / people do not have any right to use the personally identifiable information we provide to them beyond what is necessary to assist us.);
  • We find that your actions on our website violate the COMPOUND Fitness Terms of Service, or any of our usage guidelines for specific products or services.
Surveys

COMPOUND Fitness will not publish, disclose, sell or rent any of the data collected from the surveys you participate in without your consent. If a minor has participated in a survey administered by COMPOUND Fitness staff, the parent or guardian of the child can request to have his/her information deleted from our database. (If you wish to have your child’s data to be deleted, please contact us). Please note that this is only possible if they participated in a survey that requested for their name or other identifiable data. Anonymous surveys do not collect any personal data and therefore participation in these surveys cannot be attributed to specific individuals. Request for consent will be collected prior to participation.

SMS Privacy Policy

Our website employs cookies to assist in monitoring the products added to your shopping cart, even in cases of cart abandonment. This data is utilised to ascertain the appropriate timing for dispatching SMS reminders related to your cart contents.

Please note that the information pertaining to the origin of text messages, as well as any data related to opt-in and consent, is exempt from the sharing policy. This data will not be disclosed to any external parties and will remain confidential.
