At Compound Fitness, we stand by our product.
Warranty does not cover any damage due to negligence, misuse, alteration or abuse of the Product(s), installation by a non-qulaified installer or general wear & tear of the equipment (Please see the bottom part of this page for more Warranty details). Warranty claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis, and Compound Fitness has the discretion to decline warranty requests that are not in-line with the product warranty schedule. Minor aesthetic/cosmetic issues such as scratches, imperfections or similar that is incurred through general use is not covered under Compound Fitness warranties.
We do not accept returns on any products if the packaging has been opened, damaged, or altered in any way, under any circumstances.
If you believe your item is eligible for return, you must contact us and provide clear photos of the goods and packaging for our review. Returns will only be accepted once written approval has been provided by our team.
If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for all freight and associated costs to return the goods to our Queensland warehouse. Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
What to Do If You Experience an Issue with Your Equipment?
Step 1 – Contact Your Installation Technician
If you notice any issues with your equipment, the first step is to get in touch with the technician who installed it. They'll be best placed to assess the situation and determine the cause of the problem.
Step 2 – Technician Assessment
Your technician will carry out a full assessment of the equipment. If the issue is found to be related to the installation, your technician will be responsible for servicing and resolving it.
Step 3 – Parts Replacement
If your technician determines that a part needs to be replaced, that's when we step in! Simply reach out to us with the following:

This helps us identify your equipment quickly and get the right parts to you as soon as possible.

Start by filling out the form here. Provide the product’s serial number, a detailed explanation of the issue, and photos to support your claim.

Assessment by Support Team
Our support team will analyze the issue to determine the best course of action. In most cases, a technician will be dispatched to your site to repair the item. If the product is deemed irreparable, a replacement will be arranged.

Technician Visit
If a repair is needed, we’ll coordinate with you to arrange a suitable time for a technician to visit your facility. If parts are required, they will be ordered, and the technician will handle the repair once they arrive.
Resolution
Our team is committed to ensuring the issue is resolved efficiently, whether through on-site repair or replacement if necessary.
