Compound Fitness offers Australia-wide shipping on all orders. Shipping times are estimated between 1-7 business days from dispatch depending on your location and the items you have ordered:

1 - 5 days (Melbourne Metro, Sydney Metro)
3 – 7 days (Brisbane Metro, VIC, NSW, SA)
3 - 7 days (QLD & TAS)
5 - 7 days (WA & NT)

Pre-ordered items are subject to shipment arrival. All pre-orders will be given an accurate ETA post purchase. For enquiries regarding shipping times, contact us and we will get in touch with you. Due to the nature of our heavy products, some locations will require a shipping quote (you will be prompted at checkout if you are outside of our shipping region).
