If you have any problems with your Compound Fitness equipment, please follow the steps below and one of our representatives will be in touch with you. Compound Fitness Equipment warrants that the Product(s) will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for periods relative to our Warranty product table below.
Warranty does not cover any damage due to negligence, misuse, alteration or abuse of the Product(s). Warranty claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis, and Compound Fitness has the discretion to decline warranty requests that are not in-line with the product warranty schedule. Minor aesthetic/cosmetic issues such as scratches, imperfections or similar that is incurred through general use is not covered under Compound Fitness warranties.

Provide a detailed description of the defect, proof of purchase and photos to support your claim.
Complete The Required Returns Form
If you're eligible for a claim, we'll send you a Returns Form. Please complete the form and submit to support@compoundfitness.com.au
Provide product images (if you have not already submitted photo proof).
Return The Goods
Once your Warranty Claim has been received, Compound Fitness will guide you on how to return the Product(s). Please provide a physical copy of the Returns Form to further your claim.
Outcome Determined
Once the product has been received, Compound Fitness will inspect the goods and determine the appropriate remedy. Be sure all the aforementioned returns guidelines have been adequately met for a smooth process.

Wear and Tear
Wear and tear is common with gym turf, particularly with varied use of different modalities and equipment. While regular maintenance can extend the life of your turf, natural wear over time is to be expected and is not covered by this warranty.

Sled Use
We recommend using only the Compound Fitness Sled on our turf. This sled is engineered specifically to work with our turf, ensuring minimal wear and maintaining the integrity of the material. The use of other sleds, which may not be designed with the same precision, is not covered under this warranty and could cause damage to the turf.
