Primal Performance Series 125kg Pin-Select - Height Adjustable Cable Row

The Primal Performance Series Height Adjustable Cable Row is a commercial pin loaded row with 18 pulley height positions and a 125 kg weight stack in 5 kg increments, so one machine covers low rows, incline rows and every angle between. Primal lists its set up size as 765 × 2107 mm with a height of 2206 mm.

Changing the pulley height changes which part of the back does the work, which lets coaches programme several different rows on one station instead of buying a separate machine for each angle.

Who it is for

• Commercial gyms that want more than one rowing angle from a single footprint
• Strength and conditioning facilities building upper back strength and posture in athletes
• PT studios where one back machine needs to suit clients of every level
• Performance centres programming varied pulling volume across the week

Key features

• 18 pulley height positions, from a low row up to an incline row
• 125 kg pin select stack that adjusts in 5 kg increments
• Heavy duty steel frame with a matte black powder coated finish

• Primary: latissimus dorsi, rhomboids and trapezius
• Secondary: rear deltoids, biceps and forearms
• Rotating row angles through a training block to build the whole back
• Posture and shoulder health work to balance heavy pressing
• Beginner friendly pulling for members not ready for barbell rows

Frequently asked questions

How much floor space does the Height Adjustable Cable Row need?

Primal lists it at 765 mm by 2107 mm, with a height of 2206 mm. Leaving about 600 mm of clear space around it, allow a zone of roughly 2.0 × 3.3 m. Confirm the orientation with our team before you plan the layout.

What weight stack does it have?

It uses a 125 kg pin select stack that changes in 5 kg increments.

Will it fit under my ceiling?

The frame is 2206 mm tall, so a standard 2.4 m ceiling clears it. The rowing movement itself stays below the top of the frame, but check for low beams or lights where it will stand.

What warranty is included?

Primal Strength covers it for full commercial use: 5 years on the frame, 3 years on parts, 1 year on pads, cables, pulleys and wearables, and 1 year labour.

Can you deliver and install it in Australia?

Yes. We ship Australia-wide from our Melbourne warehouse, and most metro deliveries arrive 1 to 7 business days after dispatch. It ships in a 2250 × 950 × 690 mm crate, so some regional addresses need a freight quote. Use the Ask about this machine form on this page for a delivery and installation quote.

How is this different from a standard seated row?

A standard seated row has one fixed pulley height. This machine offers 18, so users can switch between a low row, a mid row and an incline row without moving to another station.

Pair it with the Primal Incline Cable Row and Dual Lat Pulldown/Seated Row for a back training zone with every pulling angle covered.
