The Primal Performance Series Standing Lateral Raise is a pin loaded machine built to isolate the side delts, with a 125 kg weight stack that adjusts in 5 kg steps. It stands 1810 mm tall on a 900 × 1391 mm footprint and weighs 298 kg.
Pivot bearing handles work one arm or both, and a gas assisted footplate raises or lowers the user so the pivot lines up with the shoulder whatever their height.
