How much space does the lat pulldown and seated row need?

It measures 2040 mm long, 1160 mm wide and 2305 mm high. Leave around 600 mm clear on each side for getting on and off and for the row position, which gives a zone of about 3.2 × 2.4 m.

What ceiling height do I need at home?

The machine is 2305 mm tall, so a standard 2.4 m ceiling leaves very little margin. Measure your room carefully, check for downlights, beams and garage door tracks, and allow extra height for standing the frame up during assembly. If your ceiling is under 2.4 m, talk to us before ordering.

How heavy is the weight stack?

It has a 135 kg pin select stack running at a 1:1 ratio. You set the load with the pin, so there are no plates to load.
