The Primal Performance Series Plate Loaded Swivel Footplate Glute Drive is a hip thrust machine for commercial gyms, PT studios and performance facilities that want heavy glute work without setting up a barbell and bench. It is plate loaded and rated to 400 kg, needs 1850 × 2110 mm of floor space and is just 1020 mm tall.

It takes 50 mm Olympic plates, sold separately, and Primal rates it to a 400 kg load.

What ceiling height is needed?

Very little. The machine is only 1020 mm tall and the hip thrust happens low to the ground, so any ceiling works.

What warranty applies?

Primal Strength gives it a full commercial use warranty: 5 years on the frame, 3 years on parts, 1 year on pads and wearables, and 1 year labour.
