However, please note that the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage caused by misuse or neglect. To ensure the longevity of your box, avoid using sharp objects and dragging it on abrasive surfaces.
Shipping & Returns
Compound Fitness Equipment offers Australia-wide shipping on all orders. Shipping times are estimated between 1-7 business days from dispatch depending on your location and the items you have ordered:
1 - 5 days (Melbourne Metro, Sydney Metro)
3 – 7 days (Brisbane Metro, VIC, NSW, SA)
3 - 7 days (QLD & TAS)
5 - 7 days (WA & NT)
Pre-ordered items are subject to shipment arrival. All pre-orders will be given an accurate ETA post purchase. For enquiries regarding shipping times, contact us and we will get in touch with you. Due to the nature of our heavy products, some locations will require a shipping quote (you will be prompted at checkout if you are outside of our shipping region).

- Contact Compound Fitness Equipment within 7 days of taking your delivery to customerservice@compoundfitness.com.au
- Supply your Order Number, products you wish to return and reason for the enquiry
- The item/s must be unused and returned in their original packaging (including manuals & parts) at your own expense. We do not cover return of freight. All goods will be credited once products arrive back to our Melbourne Warehouse, discretion of Compound Fitness Equipment
- The return of goods must be sent to our Melbourne based warehouse on the customers behalf within 14 days of our refund approval
- Compound Fitness Equipment reserves the right to reject a claim for a refund, based on the enquiry not meeting these needs
- All successful refunds will be credited electronically back to the credit card/bank account associated with the original online purchase
