Primal Performance Series Front Facing Lat Pulldown
A plate loaded lat pulldown that gives a safe, comfortable way to overload the lats and upper back. A dual lever loading system keeps tension on the muscle through the whole rep, and the adjustable seat lets you perform both pulldown and high row movements.
Adjustable Seat Position: set the seat forward for a near vertical pulldown, or back so the angle becomes a high row. Find the position that isolates the lats or the upper back and rear delts.
Adjustable Grip Width: the handle width adjusts with a pop pin, from a wide pronated grip to a close supinated or neutral grip.
Swing Arm Handle Mount: the rotating handles sit on a swing arm so the line of force adjusts as the lever moves towards the body, for a smooth motion that follows the user's natural path.
Freely Rotating Handles: bearing mounted handles rotate through 360 degrees even mid rep, which helps users with wrist, elbow or shoulder discomfort keep training back movements safely.

- The return of goods must be sent to our Melbourne based warehouse on the customers behalf within 14 days of our refund approval
- Compound Fitness Equipment reserves the right to reject a claim for a refund, based on the enquiry not meeting these needs
- All successful refunds will be credited electronically back to the credit card/bank account associated with the original online purchase
