Primal Performance Series Pin Loaded Reverse Ab Crunch
Engineered to deliver targeted lower abdominal training with a controlled, supported movement pattern. The reverse crunch emphasises the lower abdominals while reducing hip flexor dominance, and the supported position and guided path keep unnecessary strain off the lower back.
A heavy duty 125kg weight stack with pin select resistance makes intensity easy to adjust for any user, so it suits progressive overload and dedicated core training in commercial gyms, high performance facilities and strength and conditioning environments.
Built to withstand high volume use with an overbuilt commercial construction: 3mm laser cut steel frame, all metal components and 1000kg rated cables. Urethane injection moulded pads, double stitched upholstery and a premium high gloss finish keep it comfortable and looking sharp.

- The return of goods must be sent to our Melbourne based warehouse on the customers behalf within 14 days of our refund approval
- Compound Fitness Equipment reserves the right to reject a claim for a refund, based on the enquiry not meeting these needs
- All successful refunds will be credited electronically back to the credit card/bank account associated with the original online purchase
